Taylor is passionate about serving the community and uplifting others. His will and determination is what ignited his vision to establish RAWW in 2016, a lifestyle brand centered around Health & Wellness. His resume is already packed with accomplishments including co-founding The RACC - a successful gym in Port Orchard and being named “Best of South Kitsap” in the fitness category twice. He was also nominated for Leadership Kitsap’s 20 under 40 award which celebrates exceptional business leaders under 40 who are dynamic trailblazers in their community. Taylor continues to work tirelessly on bringing out the best in his clients and spreading the RAWW mission to the masses.

ASHLI PAYNE
Personal Trainer | Group Exercise Instructor | Basketball Development
Ashli is a Bremerton native that is dedicated to giving back to her community. She wishes to empower women through health and wellness and mentor young female athletes who aspire to play sports at the next level. After graduating as a scholar-athlete from Olympic High, she played two years at Umpqua Community College where she earned Freshman of the year and League MVP honors in back-to-back seasons. After her time at Umpqua, she received a full ride athletic scholarship to Eastern Washington and then went on to play professionally overseas in several European countries and Australia. Her journey so far has allowed her to gain perspective on the things that genuinely matter in life and she stays eager for more knowledge & experiences that she can share with others.

CARTER WILSON
Basketball Development
Coach Carter was a four year varsity basketball player for Queen Creek High School in Arizona and went on to play at Arizona Christian University in Pheonix, where he was named team captain his final 2 seasons. When he moved to Washington in 2020, he immediately began training with Coach Taylor and has been rockin’ with the RAWW Squad ever since. Training and coaching athletes of all ages is his passion and he loves to witness their development as athletes and as people through the game. His goal is to foster that growth and continue to elevate the quality of training in the Kitsap Peninsula. Carter’s kindness and positive personality makes him a perfect reflection of what RAWW embodies and an ideal role model for the youth.
